Without a doubt, our society requires a more sustainable waste management which implies changed patterns of consumption, more efficient production methods, and waste management with a greater focus on lifecycle, circular economy, and environmental impacts. Over the last THE MISSION Waste programs, we developed several solutions with sustainable impact on our future:

SCALIZE developed a software-as-a-service solution to automate and enable holistic packaging optimization to save material- and transportation cost while reducing CO2 emissions, e.g. for showergel an optimization potential of 40% more pieces per pallet have been identified.

Twinu, a blockchain-backed platform for digital twins, helps companies to revolutionize the way they interact with their customers throughout the product lifecycle. It enables brands to stay in touch with their community, from the moment of product drop to after-sales and thus, offers options for trade-in and recycling or 2nd-hand offerings.

WithCell2Green, we save 70% of CO2 by establishing recycable biofoil that is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable, biobased, compostable, and recyclable ultra-thin film made of pure cellulose.

circolution GmbH enables big corporates such as Nestlé to a cost-effective and sustainable transition from single-use to reusable packaging. Their smart reusable containers, are seamlessly integrated into their digital platform, allow real-time data tracking and provide lifecycle visibility to optimize economic and ecological performance.
