Profiles enter the shared Airtable system. Matching happens either digitally (ongoing, profile-based) or through a live format such as the Co-Founder Wanted or the FUTURY Matching Day.

Once a match is identified, FUTURY provides follow-up support and accompanies the team through the collaboration testing phase.
