Programm Setup

Teams receive the challenge briefing, clarify the problem and define the first direction for their solution.

Ideate & Build

Participants develop concepts, test assumptions and create a first prototype or demo.

Mentors and experts support the teams during the working phase and challenge their thinking.

Prepare the Pitch

Teams refine the storyline, demo and slide structure for the final jury presentation.

Present to the Jury

Solutions are presented to a jury of partners, mentors and ecosystem experts.
