Visitors to Futury events agree that their personal data, namely name, title, address, company, position, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred language, food intolerances and other data required for participation in an event or an application, will be stored by the organizer for the purpose of planning the events as well as for sending information about the event/job and to inform about possible changes and for sending information about other Futury events/jobs. In addition, event attendees and applicants for Futury jobs agree that their data may be shared with Futury's partners for the purposes of organizing events, selecting applicants, and more. Event photos may be used for Futury's public relations (press releases, social media, newsletter, website, etc.).

Consent to this can be revoked at any time by sending a letter to Futury GmbH, Paul-Ehrlich-Strasse 51, 60596 Frankfurt am Main, Germany or sending an email to hello@futury.eu. Revocation before the end of the event or application period will result in the user not being able to participate in the event or application process for organizational reasons.

If the User transmits data on behalf of third parties and/or makes declarations on behalf of third parties and/or conducts business on behalf of third parties, the User expressly declares that he agrees to this data protection agreement also on behalf of third parties and that he is authorized and/or commissioned to do so by third parties. The user shall indemnify and hold the organizer harmless in the event of a breach of these obligations.

3.1 Every user of the platform has the right to refuse the storage of his personal data, in which case the user and his data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to store the data.

In addition, every user is entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection vis-à-vis Futury. 4.1 The Platform undertakes to secure the data against unauthorized access in accordance with the DSGVO. The platform stores and uses the data entered and transmitted by the user exclusively to the extent stated here. Upon deletion of the User, all personal data of the User will be deleted. Deletion of the user before the end of the event will result in the user not being able to participate in the event for organizational reasons.
