Together with Deutsche Bank, Bain & Company, GreenCycle and Handelsblatt, Futury has launched a new initiative for a sustainable future. We are searching for young talents for each of these twelve topics to develop sustainable solutions within 3-month innovation projects.

The banking industry is currently going through a lot of changes, as the customer preferences and demands transform. Our project aims to determine the expectations of new generations of customers and adapt our partner Deutsche Bank’s offerings accordingly.
Consumers’ awareness of the importance of sustainability has drastically affected their purchasing behavior. When choosing a new product or a service, sustainability has become one of the deciding factors, especially for the younger generation.
Banks provide customers with different products and services at every stage of their lives. From financing the education, to buying their own house, to planning the retirement. They need to adapt their offerings to the preferences and expectations of the new generation to retain market leadership and grow their customer base.
But how? In collaboration with Deutsche Bank, Futury has defined nine fields of innovation, in which customers reach out to banks’ services:

Banks have a clear impact on education – one of the building blocks of modern society.
They give us, for instance, the opportunity to take on student loans to finance our entire education. But also - a creativity summer school, a semester abroad or an online programming course. In the modern world, the education process doesn’t stop at a certain age. It's a life-long process of obtaining new skills, training for new jobs and discovering new things.

Or are there services that can be offered to patients in order to create added value for them? The aim of the project Banking-be green is to find creative and innovative solutions that banks can offer in this area.
For instance: an advanced business model, an improved customer interface, an optimized service or a completely different solution. A possible example for the area “leisure” could be a green travel credit card that allows customers to track the sustainability of their holidays worldwide.
During the project, you will focus on developing your idea into a validated business model with the support of Futury, Deutsche Bank, Bain and Company and the other respective partners.

Futury is an innovation and company building platform that connects students and innovation-seeking companies. We like to give talented people the opportunity to unlock their full potential by developing value-based innovations.
Futury starts with the innovation request of the business partner, transforms it into a project and invites young talents and entrepreneurs to participate in these. During the project phase, the teams go through a structured, three-month start-up and innovation program that takes them from the first concept to the final business case.
In addition to professional and technical workshops, the teams are coached by experienced mentors of the Werte-Stiftung, to ensure sustainability in innovation.
During our project with Futury, we have seen that Futury can offer us a great opportunity to work together with young, well-educated and committed people to develop new, innovative ideas.

Yes, it is important for us to make sure, that you have all the resources to make your idea happen and you can fully focus on your project. Therefore, we pay a monthly salary throughout the whole project.
Yes of course! As long as you are available for the duration of the whole project (usually three months). Note that all projects take place in Frankfurt, we need you to be here full time.
